What is the "5-18-3" method mentioned in the course?
This is our signature time management protocol. You will learn to spend 5 minutes planning, 18 minutes writing, and 3 minutes reviewing your work. Following this procedure ensures that you finish your writing tasks within the official 27-minute exam window while leaving time to fix high-impact errors.
Is there a specific order I should follow for the assignments?
The course is structured to alternate between Task 1 (Email Writing) and Task 2 (Survey Responses) each week. Each module contains one lesson on a specific letter or survey type, followed by a class assignment and a practice assignment that must be completed before you move on to the next task.
NOTICE: Live classes start Monday, May 15. Sessions run every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm PST.
